This package includes labor and material for a Basement between 250 and 300 sq.ft. The following installations are included with this offer:
STUDDING- all exterior walls and up to 2 dividing walls
DOORS-install up to 2 interior doors and 2 bifold doors
ELECTRIC- install required outlets by code (approx. 9ft. apart), up to 4 light switches, up to 6 high hats or recessed lighting
INSULATION-insulate all exterior walls with R-13 insulation
DRYWALL & SPACKLE-install all walls that have been studded & needed
CEILING- install drop ceiling where exposed
MOLDING- install & caulk all floor and door molding where needed
